Payment Deadlines

Regional

  • 50% deposit is due by November 10 (you may pay the entire amount).  Balance is due by December 1.

State Dance Championships

  • 50% deposit is due by December 12 (you may pay the entire amount).  Balance is due January 10.

A late fee of $25.00 per entry will be added to your invoice if not received by the payment deadline.

All Cancellations, Changes or Refund Request must be in writing and received in the office 14 days before competition date to receive a partial refund.
