COVID-19 Spectators Guidelines
First and foremost, we want to thank our ADA community for your continued patience during a very challenging time. We have been working diligently to provide all our dance teams with a fun, inspiring, and most importantly, safe competition experience!

As we move forward into our preparations, our approach will enlist the assistance and guidelines not only from the federal level, but state and local levels as well. Due to the ever changing climate of Covid-19, we ask in advance for your understanding if/when our guidelines become modified at any point before or during the upcoming season.

Below, we have established both general guidelines as well as identified other guidelines that could potentially come into play in the 2022-2023 competition season. We will directly contact the director regarding any specific guideline alterations at their registered event.

Masks are strongly recommended.

All attendees must do their best to maintain social distance at the recommended six-feet.

If you or anyone you’ve been in contact with has been exposed to Covid-19 within a 14 day window of the event, and/or you are feeling ill or are exhibiting symptoms, we ask you refrain from attending the event.

The main stage, dressing rooms and any other high-contact areas will be cleaned and sanitized frequently throughout the event.

Audiences will be socially distanced as required by the local and state laws and venue regulations.

Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue. Please use them frequently and wash hands thoroughly throughout the day soap and warm water.

Please wash hands frequently and thoroughly throughout the day with soap and warm water. It is also recommended to refrain from touching your eyes, nose and mouth as much as possible.

In the event an American Dance Alliance Competition event is cancelled due to Covid-19, ALL registration fees will be refunded directly to the school (see our “Rules and Regulations” for more details).

All American Dance Alliance Staff and Venue staff will be required to wear masks at all times and they will be temperature checked prior to the opening of the event.
